These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all Myte Group products, including Myte Social and Myte Cody. By using any Myte Group services, users agree to these terms and conditions.

 
1. Scope of Services
Myte Group provides software and AI-powered solutions designed to help users save time and manage their network and business activities. Each product is accessible as a stand-alone service with separate logins but is governed by these central T&C.

2. User Responsibilities
Guideline Compliance: Users must comply with all relevant guidelines and policies of third-party platforms when using Myte Group products. Myte Group solutions are developed to empower users ethically, helping them maintain control over their own data and communications while respecting the integrity of each platform.

Usage Limits: To promote responsible usage, Myte Social recommends a limit of 30 messages per day to contacts within the user's network.

3. Data Privacy and Ownership
User-Owned Data: All data generated by Myte Social remains on the user’s local machine, with Myte Group only accessing basic information (e.g., name and email) for subscription validation. For Myte Cody, user data is stored in MongoDB, fully de-anonymized, and controlled by the user, who can delete their account or specific data at any time. No data is used to train or improve Myte Group’s systems or models.

Free Trial and Subscription:

Myte Cody offers an initial free trial with 50,000 tokens for users to explore the initial business analysis feature. After this, a subscription is required, providing 6 million tokens, subject to adjustment based on compute costs.
Myte Social is a paid service with no free trial. Users may cancel at any time.
4. Subscription, Fees, and Cancellation
Subscription Fees:

Myte Cody offers an ongoing subscription package as described in the product details.
Subscription payments grant access to Myte Group services but do not convey ownership of the proprietary technology or underlying frameworks.
Service Cancellation and Data Requests: Users can cancel services by providing a 60-day notice. During this time, they may request their stored data by contacting [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
Proprietary Rights: Myte Group retains ownership of all intellectual property, including custom AI frameworks, proprietary algorithms, and internal tools utilized in service delivery. Users are granted a license to use the services but are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, or reselling any Myte Group products.

6. Maintenance, Support, and Service Levels
Support Allocation: Users receive up to 10 hours of support post-subscription to address issues and bugs. Additional maintenance is available at an hourly rate, as stipulated in individual agreements.

Product Limitations: Myte Group services are dependent on third-party APIs to power certain functionalities. While we are actively exploring independent compute solutions, the availability and performance of Myte Group products may be influenced by these external factors.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Disclaimer: Myte Group products are provided “as-is.” Myte Group is not responsible for user compliance with third-party guidelines, nor for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All Myte Group services and agreements are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in Montreal courts.

9. Additional Terms
No Cookies: Myte Group products do not use cookies or tracking technology.

Universal Accessibility: Myte Group solutions are intended for users of all ages, with features designed for ease of use and accessibility.
